Bad for complex banking Grasshopper is really good for basic banking needs but the bank is unprepared for medium to large complex business needs. My account was frozen during a critical wire transfer. It took 2 days and 5 hours on the phone with customer support to complete. I will be closing my business account and going to a more established bank.

They closed our bank account for No… They closed our bank account for No reason and keep our money for about a month until we got the FDIC involved. Shady bank over $100,000 would have been stolen from them

Highly recommended US company with human staff in NY that pick up the phone/talk on video, even for client on-boarding. Simple account was all our fund needed, so completely satisfied with the features of the service. Highly recommended especially to companies/teams outside the US who would like a US current account.

Carey Henry rocks! Grasshopper is a wonderful bank to work with for SBA Loans. I cannot recommend enough. I would especially like to bring attention to Carey Henry, Senior SBA Loan Closer. She has been nothing short of remarkable. Has truly gone above and beyond and a shining example of caring for the customer (us). Our seller has been somewhat frustrating during this process, and the deal has changed, dealing with the lease, but Carey has been instrumental to ensure this process was done in an efficient and timely manner. She even went above and beyond to ensure our seller was communicated with through the process. Cannot recommend Grasshopper and Carey enough!

Wonderful Customer Service! Coming from a larger bank the customer service is outstanding! At my old bank, I was treated quite poorly and had bad interactions with customer service. They would not listen to me, made me jump through endless hoops, and never respected my time. As a small business owner this was super frustrating. Grasshopper has been the complete opposite. They listen to me, are prompt in their delivery and emails and have been nothing but a pleasure to work with.
