GBI love Stockpile but I lost $360+ in my… I love Stockpile but I lost $360+ in my grandson and my account because I wasn't able to access the account. Part was my fault and part Stockpile. A loss is a loss and for us it was truly unfortunate. However, I did reason very attentive and professional care fro Wisdom once we connected. Thank you.

GBKeeping track of gain/loss should be… Keeping track of gain/loss should be the bare minimum a trading platform provides and it's been broken for months. Support only gives a robotic, AI-generated response that their team is working on it. How is this even possible?

GBStarted from day 1 with this company Started from day 1 with this company. The company WAS NOT fee based in terms of needing a period subscription. Just paid a fee when ordering trades, then they did away with much of the trading fees and life was very merry. For whatever reason, stockpile decided to absolutely screw up and pissed off their customer base by moving from “little to no” service fees to, have period subscription(s) to use the application. I left. I encourage you to do as well when there are PLENTY of “no fee” online brokerages with serviceable and simple mobile applications. I swear this company just wants to fail, makes no sense being “fee based” when most online brokerages aren’t.

GBI am trying to buy gift card stocks no in their top 10 I am trying to buy gift stocks other than the most popular stocks listed on the webpage. They say I can but I have spent over an hour trying to figure out how to buy a gift card stock other than their 10 most popular. What am I missting?

GBI have loved and used Stockpile since…2015 I have loved and used Stockpile since the beginning but now with a membership it makes it impossible for gifting when the recipient are not members. And more importantly, I wish I could track the acceptance of the gift. To do so I have to send an email to request a report on which of my gifts were redeemed. I do not always get an email acknowledging redemption. This is such a great service and it has encouraged my grandchildren to save but it could use improvements and NOT MEMBERSHIPS!
