GBThey need to change their advertising They need to change their advertising. This is not meant for kids. I DO NOT recommend buying a kid a gift certificate for them as ALL THE MONEY will end up going to their $5 per month monthly fee (that they implemented after my kid was gifted a $100 gift card). (I get a per transaction fee, but monthly fee for a kid who got a gift card, the $100 dwindles down quite quickly if the stock is dipping as well!)

GBWost company ever This is the worst company I have ever interacted with. I have been a customer of Stockpile for almost 10 years. I started trading stocks through Stockpile with my dad when I was 13 years old and since then I have just experienced worse and worse customer service. First the website was eliminated, making it harder to access information and make transactions. Then, they instituted a monthly fee meaning that you now have to pay $5 each month for a service that was originally free. Now I am an adult and I am transferring to another firm and they are charging $75 fee just to move my stocks. I started using Stockpile when I was a teenager and I can say now that I am an adult it is a terrible company and a complete scam that has gotten worse every year. Do you children a favor and DO NOT use this brokerage firm.

GBMy interaction with Stockpile customer… My interaction with Stockpile customer service via email has always been so efficient and effortless. I appreciate how quickly my problems are addressed and solved. I love investing with stockpile and it's part of my "fun" things to do! Thank you!

GBStockpile seemed great Stockpile seemed like a great way to start investing a little in stocks and learn along the way. Beware though, they started charging a MONTHLY membership fee of $5. That will quickly wipe out your investments for the many small investors, especially those who aren't watching and aware of this change. My guess is that Stockpile is struggling to raise revenue.

GBI love Stockpile but I lost $360+ in my… I love Stockpile but I lost $360+ in my grandson and my account because I wasn't able to access the account. Part was my fault and part Stockpile. A loss is a loss and for us it was truly unfortunate. However, I did reason very attentive and professional care fro Wisdom once we connected. Thank you.
