Wost company ever This is the worst company I have ever interacted with. I have been a customer of Stockpile for almost 10 years. I started trading stocks through Stockpile with my dad when I was 13 years old and since then I have just experienced worse and worse customer service. First the website was eliminated, making it harder to access information and make transactions. Then, they instituted a monthly fee meaning that you now have to pay $5 each month for a service that was originally free. Now I am an adult and I am transferring to another firm and they are charging $75 fee just to move my stocks. I started using Stockpile when I was a teenager and I can say now that I am an adult it is a terrible company and a complete scam that has gotten worse every year. Do you children a favor and DO NOT use this brokerage firm.

Stockpile does exactly what I want Stockpile does exactly what I want. It has made it easy for my young nephew to learn in a hands-on way about the stock market and economy. Although he still needs my ok to take actions, he has learned a lot and is looking forward to his 18th birthday this fall. At that point, he will most likely stay on Stockpile and continue his investment journey. I have also liked the ability to gift him funds directly to his Stockpile account. He's gotten great at researching companies, using Stockpile. Oh, and I love the name "Stockpile"!

They need to change their advertising They need to change their advertising. This is not meant for kids. I DO NOT recommend buying a kid a gift certificate for them as ALL THE MONEY will end up going to their $5 per month monthly fee (that they implemented after my kid was gifted a $100 gift card). (I get a per transaction fee, but monthly fee for a kid who got a gift card, the $100 dwindles down quite quickly if the stock is dipping as well!)

Good experience. App needs improving Customer service was really responsive and my problem of a stock being "autosold" was fixed. However... a two step verification upon selling a stock would be a great improvement as i did loose a small amount of value upon the buy back. I would be so sad if a hacker could gain account access and wipe me out. The ap needs help. It had very primitive graphing and no real way to track trends like other apps have. An improvement on this while keeping easy to read would be a great help.

I have loved and used Stockpile since…2015 I have loved and used Stockpile since the beginning but now with a membership it makes it impossible for gifting when the recipient are not members. And more importantly, I wish I could track the acceptance of the gift. To do so I have to send an email to request a report on which of my gifts were redeemed. I do not always get an email acknowledging redemption. This is such a great service and it has encouraged my grandchildren to save but it could use improvements and NOT MEMBERSHIPS!
