When the other lenders asked why we decided on Jordan, I said because he was lightening fast, proactive in his approach, personable, knowledgeable, and he truly seemed like he was trying to get us the best rate (and we ended up with a fairly decent one during this crazy time). Best Value and Customer Service Experience April Richmond from NBKC Bank was so helpful throughout the entire home buying process. We reached out to NBKC Bank after our realtor's preferred local lender came back with what felt like a high interest rate even after buying down points. NBKC offered a much more attractive PAR interest rate (0.75% lower than the other estimate) with lower admin fees, saving us thousands of dollars at closing. April was extremely knowledgeable and accessible, answering our questions quickly through text and email, and even taking the time after hours for phone calls to make sure we were prepared with everything we needed to be successful for an on-time closing.
