I thought I was getting a conventional… I thought I was getting a conventional 30 year loan and never realized until paperwork was processing that it was more like a balloon. When asked about it I was told that most 30 year conventional loans no longer exist. Therefore, I moved forward. I think that loan agents should be more precise when setting up loans. He was very nice but this part never sat well with me!

Outstanding Customer Service I am writing as a first time homebuyer and specifically about Jordan Jones of nbkc. I met with 4 lenders and reached out to one other before settling on Jordan. When the other lenders asked why we decided on Jordan, I said because he was lightening fast, proactive in his approach, personable, knowledgeable, and he truly seemed like he was trying to get us the best rate (and we ended up with a fairly decent one during this crazy time).
