NBKC offered a much more attractive PAR interest rate (0.75% lower than the other estimate) with lower admin fees, saving us thousands of dollars at closing. April was extremely knowledgeable and accessible, answering our questions quickly through text and email, and even taking the time after hours for phone calls to make sure we were prepared with everything we needed to be successful for an on-time closing. She helped us navigate some tricky waters that resulted from a series of little miscommunications early on in the process, and we really can't thank her enough for her patience, support, and thoroughness in getting us to the finish line.
