She was terrific! She emailed the documents I needed and then worked with her IT dept to get my issue corrected. She texted me several times to let me know of the progress of the fix. Terrific service!

GBGreat customer service and follow up Other insurance companies were not real nice to man my age applying for life insurance. Even though my dad is 85 years old and at 52 I rarely go to the doctor Vantis got me a fair quote and got me a great term. They followed up through the process and got all my questions answered I would suggest them to anyone needing good customer service and a FAIR policy.

GBDo you know it's hard to rate because I… Do you know it's hard to rate because I am not dead yet and I have already forgotten the amount of the policy. The gentleman that I talk to was very professional and used kindness. He was not pushy I rated my experience a 4 but I feel like a need more information on the amount I would recieved.

GBHelpful, knowledgeable I have not actually filed a claim so I cannot comment on how well Vantis Life takes care of claims. I can, however, tell you that my experience dealing with them over the phone has been a pleasure. I believe her name is Gloria(?). She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She made the change from term life to whole life a simple and easy experience.
