She was terrific! She emailed the documents I needed and then worked with her IT dept to get my issue corrected. She texted me several times to let me know of the progress of the fix. GBExcellent customer service … Miss Rocio is an excellent person and an excellent employee, tenacious until she got the answer to my case that by paying 2 installments, one in advance, I appeared to be at fault. With her help she found the mistake and everything was resolved with a happy ending. Thank you Mrs Rocio, you deserve more stars.

GBHelpful, knowledgeable I have not actually filed a claim so I cannot comment on how well Vantis Life takes care of claims. I can, however, tell you that my experience dealing with them over the phone has been a pleasure. I believe her name is Gloria(?). She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She made the change from term life to whole life a simple and easy experience.
