GBThe Vantis Life Insurance application and qualification process was simple and efficient. Nearly everything was handled on the Vantis end and my responsibilities as the applicant were very minimal. The account representative that was assigned to me (Cindy) was absolutely outstanding. Cindy followed my application through the process, updating me regularly on its progress and with no requests from me. GBHelpful, knowledgeable I have not actually filed a claim so I cannot comment on how well Vantis Life takes care of claims. I can, however, tell you that my experience dealing with them over the phone has been a pleasure. I believe her name is Gloria(?). She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She made the change from term life to whole life a simple and easy experience.
