USHelpful, knowledgeable I have not actually filed a claim so I cannot comment on how well Vantis Life takes care of claims. I can, however, tell you that my experience dealing with them over the phone has been a pleasure. I believe her name is Gloria(?). She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She made the change from term life to whole life a simple and easy experience.

USExcellent Customer Service I am very pleased with the excellent customer service that I received from Terri. She was most helpful in assisting me with setting up the new Vantis Life Hero Account. Terri is knowledgeable, courteous, very pleasant and made me feel at ease while going through the setting up process. I really appreciated Terri’s kindness especially since I am not the most savvy guy when it comes to technology. Thank you Vantis Life for hiring excellent staff.

USDo you know it's hard to rate because I… Do you know it's hard to rate because I am not dead yet and I have already forgotten the amount of the policy. The gentleman that I talk to was very professional and used kindness. He was not pushy I rated my experience a 4 but I feel like a need more information on the amount I would recieved.

USY do I have to wait for my refund Y do I have to wait for my refund, went I gave all my information to the agent.Now I have to wait for the mail to sign the cancellation and them mailed back this will take 3 or 4 weeks ,so I guess I have to way this is not good business
