GBY do I have to wait for my refund Y do I have to wait for my refund, went I gave all my information to the agent.Now I have to wait for the mail to sign the cancellation and them mailed back this will take 3 or 4 weeks ,so I guess I have to way this is not good business

GBThe Vantis Life Insurance application and qualification process was simple and efficient. Nearly everything was handled on the Vantis end and my responsibilities as the applicant were very minimal. The account representative that was assigned to me (Cindy) was absolutely outstanding. Cindy followed my application through the process, updating me regularly on its progress and with no requests from me. The best customer service I have ever received, to include all of my past experiences involving services and applications similar to this one. Thank You Cindy!

GBA wonderful experience! It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. I did the application on the phone and received my policy in the mail within 2 weeks of being approved. It was a very simple process and my agent walked me through everything. I feel so much better knowing I'm covered now.

The gentleman that I talk to was very professional and used kindness. He was not pushy I rated my experience a 4 but I feel like a need more information on the amount I would recieved.

Terri is knowledgeable, courteous, very pleasant and made me feel at ease while going through the setting up process.
