Amazing!!! Amazing!!!! I had to leave a review for this amazingly professional and courteous and heartfelt company!!! Myra, at the Bellaire branch and her team were and continue to be my saving grace! The products that are offered are amazing and extremely affordable! I am SO happy with the customer service and caring individuals with this establishment. If you ever have a need, they are ALWAYS there to help and during these trying times a staple that is truly needed. A caring and compassionate approach is not only waranted but is needed and they are there to deliver. I truly appreciate them and thank them!!!!!!

Long time customer. I have been a customers with Covington Credit going for nearly 4 years now at the Pravttville, Al. branch. The employees are always nice & polite. I really enjoy talking to the Branch Manager, Shakita Barron when I'm in there making a payment. I always feel real welcomed when I am in there.

Great people I was at the Clarksville location about a month or so ago and the ladies at the office they were fantastic they helped me out more than you'll never know Miss Tiwana Miss Sheneda hope I spelled your name right Mis LOL and Miss Melissa were great I'll give them five stars Plus Great customer service Thank y'all !

VERY Good Experience I went to Covington Credit in Beaumont, Texas the day before Hurricane Laura was about to hit. I got there after they were closed, Stephanie Johnson the manager told me to come back the next morning and she would help me. The evacuation had already started, but Stephanie came up there the next morning even though their office was technically closed and she should have been evacuating herself. If she had not done that, we would not have had the money to leave and had a Cat 4 hurricane headed directly our way. Thank God our house was not hit, but, it meant a lot to me that she cared that much. Stephanie in particular came highly recommended from a co-worker, and now I know why. It is so nice to see someone who cares.
