GBSensitivity matters… I got a loan from the branch on Crowley road in Fort Worth, TX. The manager was Shantee, everything went smoothly. Repaid in full. They offered me a second lian, I took it. Covid started, no he's worked, I fell into past due, then lost my mom. I explained that to the new manager, some rude guy called lester or spencer...regardless, he started calling my job..leaving messages to my manager !!!! I give them zero points for sensitivity ! Zero points for understanding ! I paid in full and will never, ever go to them again ! I will not curse...I won't. I gave two stars because my first experience was good with Shantee.

Christy especially is always prompt.. professional.. and very courteous with ALL her clients.. I have seen her interact with many people other than myself.. always a great experience..
