Sensitivity matters… I got a loan from the branch on Crowley road in Fort Worth, TX. The manager was Shantee, everything went smoothly. Repaid in full. They offered me a second lian, I took it. Covid started, no he's worked, I fell into past due, then lost my mom. I explained that to the new manager, some rude guy called lester or spencer...regardless, he started calling my job..leaving messages to my manager !!!! I give them zero points for sensitivity ! Zero points for understanding ! I paid in full and will never, ever go to them again ! I will not curse...I won't. I gave two stars because my first experience was good with Shantee.

The ladies at Covington Credit are… The ladies at Covington Credit are awesome. They are very friendly and they goes above and beyond to help you. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a small loan to establish or restablish their credit.

Long time customer. I have been a customers with Covington Credit going for nearly 4 years now at the Pravttville, Al. branch. The employees are always nice & polite. I really enjoy talking to the Branch Manager, Shakita Barron when I'm in there making a payment. I always feel real welcomed when I am in there.
