NOT RECOMMEND COVINGTON CREDIT OR TROY, ALABAMA I have been with covington credit in troy, Alabama for sometime now and have refinanced a couple times and the supervisor refused increase when I've never been late and always made payments before time due and have paid more than supposed to on minimum payments.....I DO NOT RECOMMEND COVINGTON CREDIT OF TROY, ALABAMA ...I WOULD STAY AND RECOMMEND SECURITY FINANCE AND LOAN SOUTH OF TROY, ALABAMA FOR UR FINANCIAL NEEDS AS THEY GO TO BAT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS....

VERY Good Experience I went to Covington Credit in Beaumont, Texas the day before Hurricane Laura was about to hit. I got there after they were closed, Stephanie Johnson the manager told me to come back the next morning and she would help me. The evacuation had already started, but Stephanie came up there the next morning even though their office was technically closed and she should have been evacuating herself. If she had not done that, we would not have had the money to leave and had a Cat 4 hurricane headed directly our way. Thank God our house was not hit, but, it meant a lot to me that she cared that much. Stephanie in particular came highly recommended from a co-worker, and now I know why. It is so nice to see someone who cares.
