Last week she single handedly track down my priority mail.Which Mrs Woodall inform me on the status of it.She went extra miles(200%) to make it right by calling me back with updates.Yes she was doing her job in costumer service. The excellent attitude that i hear on the phone. That was above and beyond the mouth piece for your company(Employees) to follow. In words she extremely motivated and dedicated in (Customer Relations).Superior in her work ethics.

Sensitivity matters… I got a loan from the branch on Crowley road in Fort Worth, TX. The manager was Shantee, everything went smoothly. Repaid in full. They offered me a second lian, I took it. Covid started, no he's worked, I fell into past due, then lost my mom. I explained that to the new manager, some rude guy called lester or spencer...regardless, he started calling my job..leaving messages to my manager !!!! I give them zero points for sensitivity ! Zero points for understanding ! I paid in full and will never, ever go to them again ! I will not curse...I won't. I gave two stars because my first experience was good with Shantee.

Christy especially is always prompt.. professional.. and very courteous with ALL her clients.. I have seen her interact with many people other than myself.. always a great experience.. I would and have recommended to anyone looking for a loan.. Give her 10 Stars if I could..
