SmartBiz is very professional and… SmartBiz was very professional and responsive in the processing of my PPP Loans. I was well informed during each step of the way in receiving my Loans and how to apply for forgiveness. Its platform was easy to use and very helpful to secure my loan for funding. Other Media sites were saying the program was running out of funding, but SmartBiz and its affiliates kept me informed and soothed my anxiety about where I was in the process.
