SmartBiz Came Through For Me After my experience with my first PPP loan, I decided to not depend on just one application for my second PPP loan. I had mistaken in the application… I had mistaken in the application process where I put a description of my business instead of my business name. The Smartbiz team corrected my mistake. Then they made it convenient and easy for me to resign my documents They also kept me informed of the reasons of the time it was taking to process the loan. Also I'm not sure how or why but I was sure I wasnt going to get approved until one day I checked my account and the money was there. I think the Smartbiz team worked some magic on my behalf. SmartBiz is very professional and… SmartBiz was very professional and responsive in the processing of my PPP Loans. I was well informed during each step of the way in receiving my Loans and how to apply for forgiveness. Its platform was easy to use and very helpful to secure my loan for funding. Other Media sites were saying the program was running out of funding, but SmartBiz and its affiliates kept me informed and soothed my anxiety about where I was in the process.
