TWFor non-english speaking countries… For non-english speaking countries etana KYC process is extremely unfriendly or maybe consider horrible. In these countries obtain English billing statement from bank is not possible, also get even get English version utility bill. Finding qualify translation agency and get notorized is harsh for most of people in remote area. I go back and forth more than a month.

HKA Great Service with Excellent Service I've always found Etana Custody to be helpful when I have questions, and very quick when transferring money to my bank account in Hong Kong; hours rather than days. I use this solely as a conduit from a Crypto Exchange to my bank account, so can't comment on their other services.
