ZATried to open an account My wife tried to open an account. Day 5 and no success. Support was close to non-existent and spectacularly unhelpful - when it was eventually forthcoming. Support doesn't seem to understand what their own website is doing. What should be a simple process made extremely difficult. Still not accomplished.

AUIt might be me as Etanas process is not… It might be me as Etanas process is not straightforward. It took weeks to register and find funds transferred from Kraken until Kraken contacted Etana my Etana account was zero.Then to transfer and get my Australian bank approval took a few more days and although I thought I’d instructed to withdraw funds it took a few more days until I finally received advise that my funds were transferred. Let’s wait and see if they finally arrive. It’s been two days , but I remain hopeful.
