A Great Service with Excellent Service I've always found Etana Custody to be helpful when I have questions, and very quick when transferring money to my bank account in Hong Kong; hours rather than days. I use this solely as a conduit from a Crypto Exchange to my bank account, so can't comment on their other services.

Great company with excellent team! I have opened account with Etana in order to be able to withdraw funds from Kraken app. From the start it was obvious how professional Etana support team is, very fast responses and assistance and in no time all was done. Even when I made a mistake with a withdrawal they corrected it for me very efficiently. Once I withdrew money, within couple of days funds were in my bank account. On time, reliable - better than tradfi for sure I've used Etana for the last 4 years in connection with some digital asset transactions with a well-known exchange. They have consistently responded to queries on time, always keeping us posted on holidays and delays if any. I got enhance KYCed by them a year or two ago - it was friendly and quick. Unlike banks where they take forever and you get lost in a sea of faceless custommers. I would recommend using them - if you are above board and not sketchy.
