GBWorking with Reed was great Working with Reed was great. He would explain things if I ask and worked tirelessly to make sure our journey ran smoothly. When I had an issue with a loan coordinator he addressed it also and didn't make me feel as if they were better than me. He was patient when certain documents couldn't be obtained and was very reassuring when I was worried about things not betting done by closing.

GBScott and Rachel are very great Scott and Rachel did a fantastic job at getting us approved. Didn't think it was going to happen. It was a lot of stress and last minute small things, but we all learned and pulled through. Thank you guys very much for your hard work and would definitely recommend to others.

GBI wouldn't give even one star I wouldn't give even one star. This company is what the consumer protection agency warns you about. Alex Stillwell is complicit in the scheme calling you demanding when you call out the mistakes and calling them out for ignoring your requests. They do not care about anything but to push through a loan that only represents their interest. YOU ARE WARNED to go elsewhere. Reading the other reviews are exactly what we went through. Update: 05/02/2024. I attempted to give this company another opportunity to rectify the situation. They FAILED. I stand by my original review. Do not use this company unless you like a real good clown show.
