When I had an issue with a loan coordinator he addressed it also and didn't make me feel as if they were better than me. He was patient when certain documents couldn't be obtained and was very reassuring when I was worried about things not betting done by closing.

Jason Reddy is the man to close your loan I am in the final stages of closing my first time home purchase and I have chosen to use neighbors bank. I could have gone to a local firm, which I did, but I chose to stay with neighbors bank. My loan officer Jason reddy is bar none the best loan officer in the world. Even my realtor agent who had no affiliation with neighbors said that Jason is someone she can now recommend. He doesn’t just blow you off and get to you when he can he busts his butt and makes stuff happen he shoots straight with you and tells you what you need to do to make your purchase a success and as less stressful as possible. I can’t say enough about neighbors bank and more importantly Jason reddy.

I wouldn't give even one star I wouldn't give even one star. This company is what the consumer protection agency warns you about. Alex Stillwell is complicit in the scheme calling you demanding when you call out the mistakes and calling them out for ignoring your requests. They do not care about anything but to push through a loan that only represents their interest. YOU ARE WARNED to go elsewhere. Reading the other reviews are exactly what we went through. Update: 05/02/2024. I attempted to give this company another opportunity to rectify the situation. They FAILED. I stand by my original review. Do not use this company unless you like a real good clown show.

My loan team was great My loan team was great. Kara was awesome. Khalil is the loan officer every first time homebuyer needs. He was outstanding! I would definitely recommend Neighbors Bank to everyone I know.

This is our first time buying a home… This is our first time buying a home and it was extremely easy with Neighbors Bank. I was nervous not knowing what our first steps should be but we were able to close within two weeks! Real estate agents and the title company had never heard of this bank but agreed this was one of the most efficient closings they had experience. No matter how complex your situation is they will help figure things out!
