Even with some of the unforseen issues that came along in this process that delayed things some, every body pulled through and did whatv ever was needed to make it all go as needed. Jason Reddy is the man to close your loan I am in the final stages of closing my first time home purchase and I have chosen to use neighbors bank. I could have gone to a local firm, which I did, but I chose to stay with neighbors bank. My loan officer Jason reddy is bar none the best loan officer in the world. Even my realtor agent who had no affiliation with neighbors said that Jason is someone she can now recommend. He doesn’t just blow you off and get to you when he can he busts his butt and makes stuff happen he shoots straight with you and tells you what you need to do to make your purchase a success and as less stressful as possible. This is our first time buying a home… This is our first time buying a home and it was extremely easy with Neighbors Bank. I was nervous not knowing what our first steps should be but we were able to close within two weeks! Real estate agents and the title company had never heard of this bank but agreed this was one of the most efficient closings they had experience.
