Alex Stillwell is complicit in the scheme calling you demanding when you call out the mistakes and calling them out for ignoring your requests. They do not care about anything but to push through a loan that only represents their interest. YOU ARE WARNED to go elsewhere. Reading the other reviews are exactly what we went through. Update: 05/02/2024. I attempted to give this company another opportunity to rectify the situation. They FAILED. I stand by my original review. Do not use this company unless you like a real good clown show.

I found you guys by looking at the Mortgage companies associated with the USDA Loan website, and your process and website made this thing simple and easy to handle. The real difference were the people, though. Gelvin and Abbie communicated quickly and clearly, they were supportive and encouraging, and they made what could have been a stressful experience into a joyful one. We're homeowners now, and my wife and kids couldn't be happier!

Skeptical at first but it worked out! Skeptical at first, but after working with this bank for awhile I felt confident about their professionalism and willingness to help bring down the closing cost towards the end of our process. The last day before I went to close they brought my costs down from 11k to 9k.
