I wouldn't give even one star I wouldn't give even one star. This company is what the consumer protection agency warns you about. Alex Stillwell is complicit in the scheme calling you demanding when you call out the mistakes and calling them out for ignoring your requests. They do not care about anything but to push through a loan that only represents their interest. YOU ARE WARNED to go elsewhere. Reading the other reviews are exactly what we went through. Update: 05/02/2024. I attempted to give this company another opportunity to rectify the situation. They FAILED. I stand by my original review. Do not use this company unless you like a real good clown show.

Scott and Rachel are very great Scott and Rachel did a fantastic job at getting us approved. Didn't think it was going to happen. It was a lot of stress and last minute small things, but we all learned and pulled through. Thank you guys very much for your hard work and would definitely recommend to others.

Skeptical at first, but after working with this bank for awhile I felt confident about their professionalism and willingness to help bring down the closing cost towards the end of our process. The last day before I went to close they brought my costs down from 11k to 9k.
