She was very professional and cordial. She was constantly in contact with us throughout the entire process. If we had any questions she had the answers, and quickly returned our calls if she was unavailable when we called. The loan officer was Keynan Gilbert who was also personable as well as knowledgeable. We had a glitch in the loan process which Ms Gilbert and Mccool expeditiously and satisfactorily corrected.
