I felt confident you were taking care of the steps while keeping me briefed along the way. Accessing documents securing and signing them, too. Is a HUGE time saver. Thank you.

They explained everything so well They explained everything so well. I didn't feel like I was being SOLD anything but rather they consulted with me to see what was best for me and my family. Their recommendations were spot on and better than I would have chosen for myself! YOU could understand everyone you spoke to.

Trying experience, almost gave up. Trying experience as it took 6 weeks to get from start to finish. After filling out the initial application, there were three additional requests for information, after each, I was told that was all that was needed. The underwriter kept coming back for more info. Contacting directly is impossible as you have to first call LGA who then connects you with Banner Life who then has to find out what was requested. A long drawn out process that I would not do again. Way too much back and forth using emails and calls.

Just be patient when you choose him as cases can take a while and he doesn't have a magic wand you also need to do the legwork and your own research. He treated me like his family as if he were my father and supported me along the road (it is a very bumpy road but trust in the due process).
