GBNew life insurance policy Acceptance took longer than I was told, but not a real issue. Was not given the premium I was quoted mainly because my BMI was a bit greater than I initially thought. I am a very active 63 yo male who bikes extensively and lifts weights. Very active life style. So little disappointed there.

GBDisgusting treatment for a Deaf Customer It was extremely difficult to get my pension payout.I am deaf so I cannot phone but no-one from L&G communicated with me directly. So I received the same forms through the post four times which was very frustrating over a period of two months. I filled the 2nd forms correctly. Eventually, I asked my neighbour to speak on my behalf. Customer Services said all they just needed was a copy of my bank statement, passport and my driver's liscence which were promplty set off by 1st Class Signed for postage. I also made sure that Edith was noted as my interpreter. Lo & behold, the same fourth set of forms came though the post, two weeks after the phone call. Edith phoned again on my behalf but this lady from customer services would not speak to Edith and said that I needed to send a letter to L& G giving Edith permission to speak on my behalf.It took 20 minutes to convince her that the last call we had was supposed to record Edith on the system. Nothing was recorded. Eventually, the lady said that I would receive my payment within 15 days.This whole regamorale was stressful and their part was disgusting. It took just over two months to get my cash. O:( If I ever return to work, I would make sure that I would not accept L&G again.

GBTrying experience, almost gave up. Trying experience as it took 6 weeks to get from start to finish. After filling out the initial application, there were three additional requests for information, after each, I was told that was all that was needed. The underwriter kept coming back for more info. Contacting directly is impossible as you have to first call LGA who then connects you with Banner Life who then has to find out what was requested. A long drawn out process that I would not do again. Way too much back and forth using emails and calls.

GBThe representative was kind The representative was kind, courteous, and clear. I've worked with a few other life insurance companies, and my experience with you was by far the best. Plus, the approval part was extremely fast, which is great. And, the communication was clear and responsive. Plus, I loved being able to rate my case worker and possibly reward them with a gift card; it shoes you value your employees, which means a lot to me.
