USTrying experience, almost gave up. Trying experience as it took 6 weeks to get from start to finish. After filling out the initial application, there were three additional requests for information, after each, I was told that was all that was needed. The underwriter kept coming back for more info. Contacting directly is impossible as you have to first call LGA who then connects you with Banner Life who then has to find out what was requested. A long drawn out process that I would not do again. Way too much back and forth using emails and calls.

USA very satisfied and grateful customer ! Legal and General America will do its utmost to help a person get Life Insurance despite her/his medical history. During my Life Insurance application process with them, all my concerns were addressed in a timely manner; and my phone calls were answered as quickly as possible. I will recommend Legal and General America to any friend, or anyone who wants to buy Life Insurance.

USSmooth operations Great communication. I was especially impressed with their use of digital signature programs that allow you to not only finalize your policy but actually integrates credit card or PayPal payment. So simple. Looking forward to not having to think about this or deal with them except for once a year!

USAwful and Unsecure Online Service "Sorry, we're having some technical difficulties. Please contact us at 1-888-984-3393" That should be their slogan because that's the message the comes up every time I try to access their web site (over 2 weeks now). They've lost my online application for life insurance twice. The fact that they save the applications with tokens instead of an actual backend database via a username/password is absurd and unsecure. I'm a web developer... and their system is one I would expect to find literally 20+ years ago. I'll look elsewhere for life insurance.

USOverall a great experience Overall a great experience. Sales rep I talked to initially helped me get my online application going. The online application was easy and not too lengthy. I did not need a physical which was a welcome surprise. One star taken off since the online application told me to select a time in case a physical was needed, I marked it on my calendar and set up childcare, then when the day came, no one showed up. I later found out the physical had been waived but no one let me know. I contacted the sales rep and he put me in touch with the right person to get it sorted quickly and it was resolved within a few minutes that morning. Docusign makes it easy to finalize paperwork and that part was done within 5 minutes. Not too shabby.
