Joe went over and beyond. Joe went over and beyond.. I had been calling Nav customer service all day hours after hours got no answer, But Joe B. called back before the day was over and when he me back I was on another call so I could not talk to him. So I asked him could he call back in 5 to 10 minutes and he did just that.. So Joe thanks for being a good asset to the company and going over and beyond for me ✨ Good customer care 🫶🏽

This company is organized theft! This company is organized theft! I cancelled my subscription in October 2023, and they keep charging my account and refuse to process a refund!!! They have the most robotic and insensitive customer service and it seems that all they want is to take advantage of small businesses and rip people off. Shame on Nav!

Beware Beware: the unsubscribe button does not work on the website. Customer service just pushes you back to the settings page with the non-functional button, and you will continue to get charged. Now I have to dispute the charges on my credit card.

Went above and beyond and had me at…Just Awesome Went above and beyond and had me at there best interest I truly appreciate that, because that I'm more vocal, than being Hands-On with technology! Where is that I was uncomfortable with trying to do things myself and Joe help me get comfortable and we got the job done I appreciate that... Team player on the other side of the phone... I had a great experience.
