GBThis company is organized theft! This company is organized theft! I cancelled my subscription in October 2023, and they keep charging my account and refuse to process a refund!!! They have the most robotic and insensitive customer service and it seems that all they want is to take advantage of small businesses and rip people off. Shame on Nav!

GBExtremely Misleading Nav Prime Program. Extremely Misleading Nav Prime Program. The site tells you that you have a "high match 95%" for their Nav Prime business credit builder program. You then have to pay a fee to find out that it was just that, a misleading advertisement to grab money from new businesses. They refuse to issue a refund, even though it was requested within minutes of the original payment.

They were highly professional and incredibly knowledgeable about my concerns regarding my Nav Prime card. The best part was the brief hold time when I called. It showed me that Nav values my time. With such excellent service, I'm more confident using Nav's wide range of features to grow my business!

TWEmily has been very helpful. Emily has been very helpful. While I haven't taken a loan with Nav yet, I have spoken to Emily several times and every time she has been patient and helpful in laying out my options. If in the future, we decide to take a loan with Nav, I know they will provide excellent customer service.
