This company is organized theft! This company is organized theft! I cancelled my subscription in October 2023, and they keep charging my account and refuse to process a refund!!! They have the most robotic and insensitive customer service and it seems that all they want is to take advantage of small businesses and rip people off. Shame on Nav!

I had been calling Nav customer service all day hours after hours got no answer, But Joe B. called back before the day was over and when he me back I was on another call so I could not talk to him.
