You then have to pay a fee to find out that it was just that, a misleading advertisement to grab money from new businesses. They refuse to issue a refund, even though it was requested within minutes of the original payment.

Thanks Nav Altho my business has been established I didn't have establish business credit but thanks to Nav, I'm well on my way to being able to find my business and have a peace of mind.

This company is organized theft! This company is organized theft! I cancelled my subscription in October 2023, and they keep charging my account and refuse to process a refund!!! They have the most robotic and insensitive customer service and it seems that all they want is to take advantage of small businesses and rip people off. Shame on Nav!

The staff are patient and efficient in… The staff are patient and efficient in their duties. Explained what I needed to do in order to get our desired results. Stayed on the phone until everything was complete and to our liking. I hardly ever do reviews, but I made an exception in this case.

Useless support and no care for privacy. I have no relationship with Nav, yet they keep emailing me someone else’s invoice. Customer service is no help because they can’t look up “my account”. Clearly they don’t care about their customers privacy if they aren’t worried about sending it to the wrong person consistently and don’t even want to resolve the issue. Why would anyone want to do business with a business that cares so little about privacy is beyond me.
