Useless support and no care for privacy. I have no relationship with Nav, yet they keep emailing me someone else’s invoice. Customer service is no help because they can’t look up “my account”. Clearly they don’t care about their customers privacy if they aren’t worried about sending it to the wrong person consistently and don’t even want to resolve the issue. Why would anyone want to do business with a business that cares so little about privacy is beyond me.

Where is that I was uncomfortable with trying to do things myself and Joe help me get comfortable and we got the job done I appreciate that... Team player on the other side of the phone... The staff are patient and efficient in… The staff are patient and efficient in their duties. Explained what I needed to do in order to get our desired results. Stayed on the phone until everything was complete and to our liking. I hardly ever do reviews, but I made an exception in this case.
