TWEmily has been very helpful. Emily has been very helpful. While I haven't taken a loan with Nav yet, I have spoken to Emily several times and every time she has been patient and helpful in laying out my options. If in the future, we decide to take a loan with Nav, I know they will provide excellent customer service.

GBLove Navs service but the process of… Love Navs service but the process of going through product change or approval for Prime card left alot to be desired. Was denied because of an address entry problem. That was quickly identified and should have been easy to remedy. Instead Navs solution was to open another account under a new email address to get approved for Prime credit card which actually worked when it would have been so much easier to just fix the address issue on the initial application. Terrible process but I do love Navs services to be clear and would still recommend them to work with. Just be prepared for some frustrations and going back and forth with employees because all of their processes and procedures are not always clearly outlined!

GBUseless support and no care for privacy. I have no relationship with Nav, yet they keep emailing me someone else’s invoice. Customer service is no help because they can’t look up “my account”. Clearly they don’t care about their customers privacy if they aren’t worried about sending it to the wrong person consistently and don’t even want to resolve the issue. Why would anyone want to do business with a business that cares so little about privacy is beyond me.

GBI had the most amazing customer service… I had the most amazing customer service experience. She was kind, patient, super helpful and went above and beyond to help me and provide great customer service.
