While I haven't taken a loan with Nav yet, I have spoken to Emily several times and every time she has been patient and helpful in laying out my options. Beware Beware: the unsubscribe button does not work on the website. Customer service just pushes you back to the settings page with the non-functional button, and you will continue to get charged. Now I have to dispute the charges on my credit card.
