While I haven't taken a loan with Nav yet, I have spoken to Emily several times and every time she has been patient and helpful in laying out my options. If in the future, we decide to take a loan with Nav, I know they will provide excellent customer service.

GBUseless support and no care for privacy. I have no relationship with Nav, yet they keep emailing me someone else’s invoice. Customer service is no help because they can’t look up “my account”. Clearly they don’t care about their customers privacy if they aren’t worried about sending it to the wrong person consistently and don’t even want to resolve the issue. Why would anyone want to do business with a business that cares so little about privacy is beyond me.

GBExtremely Misleading Nav Prime Program. Extremely Misleading Nav Prime Program. The site tells you that you have a "high match 95%" for their Nav Prime business credit builder program. You then have to pay a fee to find out that it was just that, a misleading advertisement to grab money from new businesses. They refuse to issue a refund, even though it was requested within minutes of the original payment.
