Went above and beyond and had me at…Just Awesome Went above and beyond and had me at there best interest I truly appreciate that, because that I'm more vocal, than being Hands-On with technology! Where is that I was uncomfortable with trying to do things myself and Joe help me get comfortable and we got the job done I appreciate that... Team player on the other side of the phone... I had a great experience.

Joe went over and beyond. Joe went over and beyond.. I had been calling Nav customer service all day hours after hours got no answer, But Joe B. called back before the day was over and when he me back I was on another call so I could not talk to him. So I asked him could he call back in 5 to 10 minutes and he did just that.. So Joe thanks for being a good asset to the company and going over and beyond for me ✨ Good customer care 🫶🏽

Love Navs service but the process of… Love Navs service but the process of going through product change or approval for Prime card left alot to be desired. Was denied because of an address entry problem. That was quickly identified and should have been easy to remedy. Instead Navs solution was to open another account under a new email address to get approved for Prime credit card which actually worked when it would have been so much easier to just fix the address issue on the initial application. Terrible process but I do love Navs services to be clear and would still recommend them to work with. Just be prepared for some frustrations and going back and forth with employees because all of their processes and procedures are not always clearly outlined!

Useless support and no care for privacy. I have no relationship with Nav, yet they keep emailing me someone else’s invoice. Customer service is no help because they can’t look up “my account”. Clearly they don’t care about their customers privacy if they aren’t worried about sending it to the wrong person consistently and don’t even want to resolve the issue. Why would anyone want to do business with a business that cares so little about privacy is beyond me.

Emily has been very helpful. Emily has been very helpful. While I haven't taken a loan with Nav yet, I have spoken to Emily several times and every time she has been patient and helpful in laying out my options. If in the future, we decide to take a loan with Nav, I know they will provide excellent customer service.
