This company is organized theft! This company is organized theft! I cancelled my subscription in October 2023, and they keep charging my account and refuse to process a refund!!! They have the most robotic and insensitive customer service and it seems that all they want is to take advantage of small businesses and rip people off. Shame on Nav!

Thanks Nav Altho my business has been established I didn't have establish business credit but thanks to Nav, I'm well on my way to being able to find my business and have a peace of mind.

While I haven't taken a loan with Nav yet, I have spoken to Emily several times and every time she has been patient and helpful in laying out my options.
