They were highly professional and incredibly knowledgeable about my concerns regarding my Nav Prime card. The best part was the brief hold time when I called. It showed me that Nav values my time. This company is organized theft! This company is organized theft! I cancelled my subscription in October 2023, and they keep charging my account and refuse to process a refund!!! They have the most robotic and insensitive customer service and it seems that all they want is to take advantage of small businesses and rip people off. Shame on Nav!
