So I asked him could he call back in 5 to 10 minutes and he did just that.. So Joe thanks for being a good asset to the company and going over and beyond for me ✨ Good customer care 🫶🏽

If in the future, we decide to take a loan with Nav, I know they will provide excellent customer service.
