They refuse to issue a refund, even though it was requested within minutes of the original payment.

Beware Beware: the unsubscribe button does not work on the website. Customer service just pushes you back to the settings page with the non-functional button, and you will continue to get charged. Now I have to dispute the charges on my credit card.
