Terrible Terrible communication. Terrible rates. Took over 2 months to close and pay a vendor less than 40k. The 2 other items you could not finance. Even though I secured funding from other lenders.

Drew and his team were amazing Drew and his team were amazing. I called him on a Thursday afternoon and submitted application and docs required. By Friday afternoon we had pre-approval and within a week I had docs to sign from lender. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother process. Drew had every step mapped out for me ahead of time and what documents were going to get this approved ASAP. Will definitely be working with them again when we go for our second unit.

My experience with Trust Jan/Feb 2020. My experience with Trust Capital was absolutely amazing. We worked through various stages with 4 other lenders and without a doubt Trust was the unshakeable champion. Our loan officer, Erick McAllister, was accessible, attentive, and efficient. He gave us updates or checked in nearly every day. He solidified us an unbeatable offer that we know didn't come simply by submitting paperwork, and the lender he connected us to will be a tremendous asset to our business. Simply put, the largest compliment I can offer this team is they'll be the first ones we call for any additional financing needs. I would go straight to Erick without hesitation. Thank you again Trust. I wish they had a 6th star for you.

discovered trust capital online discovered trust capital online , gave them a call ,was looking to purchase a new piece of equipment for our logging company. the whole process from start to finish was timely, upfront and a pleasure. would definitely recommend and plan on calling them again in the future in regard to any other equipment purchases we may have , jim winter, j.b.winter and sons logging co. inc.

Unethical Scammers! They suck! Scammed us out of $10k from our agreed upon price on the the final hour of the contracted day of closing. They failed to disclose the issues we had disclosed to them to their buyer, then tried to back out of the contract at the very last minute. They knew we had already packed up, and spent our mortgage $ on storage, and no time to find another buyer on such short notice. Then they closed on it with their buyer, before even closing with us. We had to wait an additional 3.5 days for our $, because they timed this sham on a Friday afternoon, preceding a 3 day holiday weekend. We wouldn't recommend this company to walk a dog, much less buy or sell someone's home. They are completely unethical, and deserve negative 50 stars.
