I have tried many times to contact them via phone through out the process and always has to message Gage to get a call back. Almost canceled my order due to poor communication and now wish I had. I sent my item back due to poor quality and just have questions regarding the refund process. No answer to email questions or phone. Next step is BBB.

Great service, but reporting to the credit bureaus would really help. They got me approved for a loan quickly and easily. I got exactly what I wanted. I set up direct draft so there's really nothing to worry with on the customer side. They do offer a smooth process and a great service. I can't give them 5 stars yet. I really hope they start reporting positive payments to the credit bureaus. It would really help the customer out when it comes to their next loan. If you make positive payments for two years and it doesn't get reported, that's really cutting the credit rating short.

Tried over and over to refund Tried over and over to refund, no success. Can’t update payment. Honestly so dissatisfied with gage diamonds and lend firm it’s insane. Honestly spend the extra money on a nicer company and forget this joke of a place.
