If negative stars an option I would give 5 especially after reading g their insipid response Avoid Westlend/Lenox at all costs Their rates and fees are market no better than Wells, Chase, AmeriSave, etc. Their underwriters are not trained.

He answered every question we asked at all hours of the day immediately, including some non-refi related questions. He made it very easy to apply with little effort on our end.
