Good Experience with WesLend This is our first refi experience with WesLend Financial, and we are pleased with all aspects. We obtained the interest rate initially discussed, and had a choice of conventional and VA loans. Michael and Van provided constant updates and were both informative and pleasant. I'm no expert on the loan industry, but did a basic level of research beforehand.

If negative stars an option I would give 5 especially after reading g their insipid response Avoid Westlend/Lenox at all costs Their rates and fees are market no better than Wells, Chase, AmeriSave, etc. Their underwriters are not trained.
