Started the refi process in August… Started the refi process in August 2020. It is now December 3, and still haven’t closed, despite jumping through hopes for these people. Apparently, I need to resubmit documents because somehow they have expired due to their snails pace. Too deep in for now, but I will be pulling the plug if I don’t close before Christmas.

We were still getting killed on interest. We were able to cut our interest rate in half, keep the monthly payments the same AND shave off 7 years!!!
