If negative stars an option I would give 5 especially after reading g their insipid response Avoid Westlend/Lenox at all costs Their rates and fees are market no better than Wells, Chase, AmeriSave, etc. Their underwriters are not trained.

DOBest mortgage experience ever. I have purchased 13 properties and this process was the best. Mike and Van were intelligent, knowledgeable and considerate throughout the long process of completing our re-fi. We needed a subordination from a big bank, and we have several income streams so it was over a month and a half from start to finish. Mike even made himself available on weekends and time off. Van spent hours getting me signed before I left on Vacation. What a couple of stars! Bravo
