Completely incompetent. Completely incompetent. Lost docs in junk mail / did not open relevant emails. Had to send materials several times and do their job by calling insurance co. to get info Did not have materials in order to close on time - asking for stuff on day of and after.

Incompetent slow Slow, too many broken promises to enumerate, lies, awful internet. SLOW. If negative stars an option I would give 5 especially after reading g their insipid response Avoid Westlend/Lenox at all costs Their rates and fees are market no better than Wells, Chase, AmeriSave, etc. Their underwriters are not trained.

I just closed on my 5th loan with Weslend and their senior processer (Gigi) worked tirelessly to get everything processed on time even though she received the paperwork late. They are responsive, professional, and very pleasant to work with. I have recommended Mike and his team to my employees and friends. Weslend Financial has been and will be my go-to mortgage institution.

Best mortgage experience ever. I have purchased 13 properties and this process was the best. Mike and Van were intelligent, knowledgeable and considerate throughout the long process of completing our re-fi. We needed a subordination from a big bank, and we have several income streams so it was over a month and a half from start to finish. Mike even made himself available on weekends and time off. Van spent hours getting me signed before I left on Vacation. What a couple of stars! Bravo
