Started the refi process in August… Started the refi process in August 2020. It is now December 3, and still haven’t closed, despite jumping through hopes for these people. Apparently, I need to resubmit documents because somehow they have expired due to their snails pace. Too deep in for now, but I will be pulling the plug if I don’t close before Christmas.

Completely incompetent. Completely incompetent. Lost docs in junk mail / did not open relevant emails. Had to send materials several times and do their job by calling insurance co. to get info Did not have materials in order to close on time - asking for stuff on day of and after.

Best mortgage experience ever. I have purchased 13 properties and this process was the best. Mike and Van were intelligent, knowledgeable and considerate throughout the long process of completing our re-fi. We needed a subordination from a big bank, and we have several income streams so it was over a month and a half from start to finish. Mike even made himself available on weekends and time off. Van spent hours getting me signed before I left on Vacation. What a couple of stars! Bravo
