Those girls are awesome and know their jobs like the back of their hands. And let’s not forget how they memorize everyone’s name! That’s a gift i will be returning

Paying them off and never going back I loved check into cash but there is one employee there that has crossed many lines . Has a problem keeping work and personal matters separate . And today asked my husband IN FRONT OF ANOTHER CUSTOMER if he would like some drugs !!!! Unacceptable and I’m really dreading having to go there or my husband go there anymore. Also , who should I contact and complain to rather than the manager there ? That will do no good. Corporate ?

Angelica at the North Riverside office… Angelica at the North Riverside office is amazing! She is professional, knowledgeable, and helpful! I had an issue in which the system was showing I still had an outstanding loan (which I didn't). Angelica took care of it! I was able to get my loan!! She is awesome! I highly recommend Angelica!

Horrible service Horrible service, funny how businesses now in days forget about customer service.The two employees working there had an attitude problem like they hated working there.All I could say is that leave your attitude at home.
