Shipping The website, exchange rates, currency availability, and ease of ordering were all excellent. I wish I was presented an option of how to ship, however. I had to go hours out of my way to pick up my currency at a USPS office on the other side of town during rush hour before the office closed. Had I been able to use UPS, I could have picked my envelope up at convenient store on the way home from work. My most recent currency order was through another company simply for this reason alone.

The experience was fine except for… The experience was fine except for fedex delivery. Inept driver, my husband was home in the garage, the driver made no attempt to try to deliver the currency and left without leaving a notification. Two days waiting at home. Please consider UPS. Otherwise, fine service.

🎇🎇🎇🎇🎇Happy Customer I immediately upon ordering was given an email stating that they had received the order and since I had plenty of time before my trip I wasn't in a hurry so chose standard shipping, I was given the date the currency would be shipped and of course because weather didn't become an issue the currency arrived in a timely manner. This is the second time I have used this service. The exchange rate is amongst the best if not the best.

Super fast Shipping and very reasonable… Super fast Shipping and very reasonable rates. Came out cheaper than from my bank. Customer service before purchase was excellent and responsive. They did all me before shipping for security purposes, but since my order was not very big, I did not have to give my social, like others wanted. Will use again.

I can't name another company so committed to insuring that I was kept informed about the processing of my order! If I was asked to three word rate ICE, the words would be: professional, prompt and exceptional! Don't hesitate to do business with ICE!!
