The young lady was so very kind to me and very knowledgeable of the system. I couldn't get in and she stayed with me a very long time until she had me in. My only suggestion is that you continue to hire people like Thu. She makes your company great!

I have excite for my car loan I have excite for my car loan. I made my payment with a checking account and they reported my payment as 30 days late because they don’t give you credit for your payment until the payment clears. The payment cleared never had any returns. When I called to complain they told me to dispute it with the credit bureau and they would update it. Did exactly what they said just for them to mark the late payment as accurate. They also lock you out of the online portal to make payments. I have never dealt with a company that had such underhanded practices. Stay away from this company.

CSR was very helpful when I called to… CSR was very helpful when I called to open my account. I was originally interested in a secured cc but she suggested that I apply for a nonsecured cc. I was approved and received my card with a week.
