Friendly staff Friendly staff, great rate on savings, but I never received starter checks or debit card for my checking account; must go to the branch, as telephone call did not fix the problem.

Crappy service A mistake was made and excite let me get clobbered with overdraft fees. Never did they try once to let me know. I deposited $60 00 into my account and the receipt indicated a 400.00 balance not a negative amount .
