GBI have excite for my car loan I have excite for my car loan. I made my payment with a checking account and they reported my payment as 30 days late because they don’t give you credit for your payment until the payment clears. The payment cleared never had any returns. When I called to complain they told me to dispute it with the credit bureau and they would update it. Did exactly what they said just for them to mark the late payment as accurate. They also lock you out of the online portal to make payments. I have never dealt with a company that had such underhanded practices. Stay away from this company.

GBFriendly staff Friendly staff, great rate on savings, but I never received starter checks or debit card for my checking account; must go to the branch, as telephone call did not fix the problem.
