GBHave been with Excite for a couple of… Have been with Excite for a couple of months now, am still getting use to you web site . Is very different from what I am use too But getting there, is very hard to understand where to find things and I usually end up hitting what I don't know and end up going off my account and end having to long in again. Your Employees are wonderful and helpful but there always short handed and not spend enough time or are rushing things. In their defense I am 82 years old and things take a little longer to get there.

GBI applied for refi my home loan I applied for refi my home loan, over 3-4 months no response from your loan department even ask me to open account with excite. as a courtesy response qualified or not qualify. no response, that is bad service. i dont want to write bad things for people but you ask for my opinion. thanks Ali.

GBWe worked with Excite recently and have… We worked with Excite recently and have to say that I am very impressed with how fast the team is and how approachable everyone is. They made our entire experience very smooth. I strongly recommend Excite to everyone whether you are looking for a loan or a savings account. Keep it up Excite team!

GBJoined Excite Credit Union to be able… Joined Excite Credit Union to be able to refinance our home through your CU. Due to an extreme lack of communication, the loan never happened. Without my knowledge, the interest rate lock was extended once, with a second extension in effect. Then it expired prior to funding and recording. Not a great experience !

GBThey regularly put unnecessary holds on my checks They regularly put holds on my checks, but not my husband's, even though both accounts are in both of our names, and they can't explain why the different treatment, making me feel this is sexism in banking. They even put a hold on a cashier's check from another local credit union (Star)! They kept me on hold for half an hour when I asked why, and still couldn't come up with an answer because they were "having trouble pulling up the check image." I still don't have an answer, over an hour later. The only reasons I have not given them a lower rating is that much of their competition is worse, and they DID give me a personal loan once when I really needed it. They have also sent incompetent appraisers to our home before, and we had to pay for a separate new appraisal with a different company to prove our house was worth what we had thought.
