Is very different from what I am use too But getting there, is very hard to understand where to find things and I usually end up hitting what I don't know and end up going off my account and end having to long in again. Your Employees are wonderful and helpful but there always short handed and not spend enough time or are rushing things. In their defense I am 82 years old and things take a little longer to get there.

CSR was very helpful when I called to… CSR was very helpful when I called to open my account. I was originally interested in a secured cc but she suggested that I apply for a nonsecured cc. I was approved and received my card with a week.

Karen was very helpful in assisting me… Karen was very helpful in assisting me on my auto loan . She gave me the approval and all the requirements right away. We completed my auto loan in a couple of days. I just hope that for next time, I can sign everything online since I live all the way in Alameda County. BEING HELPED BY AN ANGEL... I want to tell everyone about the young lady that assisted me with making an online payment. Her name is Thu and she lives in California. The young lady was so very kind to me and very knowledgeable of the system. I couldn't get in and she stayed with me a very long time until she had me in. My only suggestion is that you continue to hire people like Thu. She makes your company great!
