Now they put a freeze on my account and said I have to put a $3k deposit in to get my funds because of an abnormality in my i.p address. Does anyone have any idea how to get legal advice on this? No customer service! I am very disappointed in the services. I have tried to transfer a small amount of Bitcoin from my NBX wallet to my Ledger, and they have blocked my transaction. I have not received a reason why, and their support is not responding. On top of everything, there is no number to reach them on. This is unacceptable. Peter.
