No customer service! I am very disappointed in the services. I have tried to transfer a small amount of Bitcoin from my NBX wallet to my Ledger, and they have blocked my transaction. NBX is a dead company with a very slow customer service I made a withdrawal on the 2022-03-19 and uptill now my withdrawal is still pending, I've contacted the customer service several times but no field back.
