Pending withdrawal I have been using this company few times in the beginning it was very easy but on the 11-02 i made a transaction to myself and it has been pending ever since , after 6 days i received a phone call and it would be sent as soon as possible but until now i am still waiting im am losing money and time because of this. very bad customer service !

Miserable customer service have bought BTC and it took a long time before they had approved the documentation. Then I would make a withdrawal, and be told that one of them will contact me, it is 5 days ago now, no one has called, and I have sent them several emails, without getting any response explaining why they are holding back my money, this I lose money on. will not recommend NBX to anyone else, they have no customer follow-up. NBX is a dead company with a very slow customer service I made a withdrawal on the 2022-03-19 and uptill now my withdrawal is still pending, I've contacted the customer service several times but no field back. They have a very poor customer service, at this time I think this company is a fraudulent company. They don't even care about thier customer, I won't recommend NBX to any living being NBX is for the death alone. I regret the day I signed up with NBX now I think I'm going to loss my 90,000 kr, please anyone seeing this should help me on how to get back my 90,000 kr from NBX.
