NOI do not recommend using NBX for crypto… I do not recommend using NBX for crypto exchange. The trade view is very bad. You can not see the price or transactions while you put in a trade. A limit order is charged 0,5%, and a market order 0,7%! In comparison, Binance charges 0,1%. It does not make it very interesting to use nbx for trading! If you want to cancel an order it can take up to one minute, and sometimes it does not even get cancelled. Its not very relaxing if you want to do something quick in an ever-changing cryptomarket. A transaction can take a day! It should take maximum 15 minutes to make a transaction in the crypto space. They are behind the times, their app is slow and not user friendly and their customer service is bad. It is not even possible to see your profits or a graph, you only see the amount you have in NOK and in crypto. I have moved all my crypto to another foreign exchange as it is so much better for trading. Still don't have it though as it is pending, who knows for how long, and in the meantime I cannot do anything with it! Stay away from NBX of you can!

NOMiserable customer service have bought BTC and it took a long time before they had approved the documentation. Then I would make a withdrawal, and be told that one of them will contact me, it is 5 days ago now, no one has called, and I have sent them several emails, without getting any response explaining why they are holding back my money, this I lose money on. will not recommend NBX to anyone else, they have no customer follow-up. I'm just pissed

NONo customer service! I am very disappointed in the services. I have tried to transfer a small amount of Bitcoin from my NBX wallet to my Ledger, and they have blocked my transaction. I have not received a reason why, and their support is not responding. On top of everything, there is no number to reach them on. This is unacceptable. Peter.
