Miserable customer service have bought BTC and it took a long time before they had approved the documentation. Pending withdrawal I have been using this company few times in the beginning it was very easy but on the 11-02 i made a transaction to myself and it has been pending ever since , after 6 days i received a phone call and it would be sent as soon as possible but until now i am still waiting im am losing money and time because of this. very bad customer service !
