Full of fraud I would not say it is a bad customer service. I would say it's a fraud company that steal people's money by intention. Imagine a financial firm that can block any customers' account at will even when they don't have the rights to do so. They do not require any evidence of wrongdoing whatsoever to block your account. All they need to do is saying that they think your account looks suspicious (without able to provide a clear reason of why) and block your account and steal all your money. After they block your account, they will demand your private information such as your payslip, your transaction history at other exchanges, etc which is against GDPR, especially when they don't have any evidence of any wrongdoing. It is ridiculous that when you transfer fund to your account, the fund belongs to you but they treat it as their own. I start to think that they do this by intention and just use Anti Monney Laundering law as an excuse to steal people money for free. I have already sent the request to close my account with them and if they still do not return my fund, I will sue them and bring the case to the Norwegian court. This is the first time I find a company that tries to behave like a rule of law without the rights to do so. Even a big bank does not behave like this.

Miserable customer service have bought BTC and it took a long time before they had approved the documentation. Then I would make a withdrawal, and be told that one of them will contact me, it is 5 days ago now, no one has called, and I have sent them several emails, without getting any response explaining why they are holding back my money, this I lose money on. will not recommend NBX to anyone else, they have no customer follow-up. I do not recommend using NBX for crypto… I do not recommend using NBX for crypto exchange. The trade view is very bad. You can not see the price or transactions while you put in a trade. A limit order is charged 0,5%, and a market order 0,7%! In comparison, Binance charges 0,1%. It does not make it very interesting to use nbx for trading! If you want to cancel an order it can take up to one minute, and sometimes it does not even get cancelled. Its not very relaxing if you want to do something quick in an ever-changing cryptomarket. A transaction can take a day! It should take maximum 15 minutes to make a transaction in the crypto space. They are behind the times, their app is slow and not user friendly and their customer service is bad. It is not even possible to see your profits or a graph, you only see the amount you have in NOK and in crypto. I have moved all my crypto to another foreign exchange as it is so much better for trading. Still don't have it though as it is pending, who knows for how long, and in the meantime I cannot do anything with it! Stay away from NBX of you can!
