Do not trust NBX to be honest with you NBX prevented me from being scammed then they locked my account saying the only thing I could do with a request is sell and withdraw my funds. I sent a request to transfer a small amount of BTC to another exchange with a larger crypto portfolio. Suddenly they requiring me to prove my identity again. After numerous requests as to the status suddenly my crypto was sold at a loss and fund transferred to my bank account. Of course took fee every step of the was increasing my loss. They cannot be trusted. I went from being potential scam victim to being a unwanted client. They are very slow to reply to requests, as others wrote customer service does not exist.

With a Discord server and Instagram profile they seem to be decent at updating - you get to learn about the company, news in the crypto-world and just knowledge about crypto itself. The managing director, Stig, is on their Discord aswell and i remember he has been answering questions there aswell. They really seem to care about the community, as is my experience with their activity on their Discord.

NBX is a dead company with a very slow customer service I made a withdrawal on the 2022-03-19 and uptill now my withdrawal is still pending, I've contacted the customer service several times but no field back. They have a very poor customer service, at this time I think this company is a fraudulent company. They don't even care about thier customer, I won't recommend NBX to any living being NBX is for the death alone. I regret the day I signed up with NBX now I think I'm going to loss my 90,000 kr, please anyone seeing this should help me on how to get back my 90,000 kr from NBX.

SCAM!!! SCAM!!!! DON'T DUE USE NBX!!!!! I tried many times to with withdraw my funds with their "help". Now they put a freeze on my account and said I have to put a $3k deposit in to get my funds because of an abnormality in my i.p address. Does anyone have any idea how to get legal advice on this? Pending withdrawal I have been using this company few times in the beginning it was very easy but on the 11-02 i made a transaction to myself and it has been pending ever since , after 6 days i received a phone call and it would be sent as soon as possible but until now i am still waiting im am losing money and time because of this. very bad customer service !
