The managing director, Stig, is on their Discord aswell and i remember he has been answering questions there aswell. They really seem to care about the community, as is my experience with their activity on their Discord.

SCAM!!! SCAM!!!! DON'T DUE USE NBX!!!!! I tried many times to with withdraw my funds with their "help". Now they put a freeze on my account and said I have to put a $3k deposit in to get my funds because of an abnormality in my i.p address. Does anyone have any idea how to get legal advice on this? All good! All good! I like using it, and it feels safe. Mandatory 2-factor identification is good. So far quite simple with few assets, but that is actually also a plus in my book. Very experienced and trustworthy people behind this too. Insured and registered at norwegian official "finanstilsynet".

Miserable customer service have bought BTC and it took a long time before they had approved the documentation. Then I would make a withdrawal, and be told that one of them will contact me, it is 5 days ago now, no one has called, and I have sent them several emails, without getting any response explaining why they are holding back my money, this I lose money on. will not recommend NBX to anyone else, they have no customer follow-up. I'm just pissed
