With a Discord server and Instagram profile they seem to be decent at updating - you get to learn about the company, news in the crypto-world and just knowledge about crypto itself. The managing director, Stig, is on their Discord aswell and i remember he has been answering questions there aswell. They really seem to care about the community, as is my experience with their activity on their Discord.

THFull of fraud I would not say it is a bad customer service. I would say it's a fraud company that steal people's money by intention. Imagine a financial firm that can block any customers' account at will even when they don't have the rights to do so. They do not require any evidence of wrongdoing whatsoever to block your account. All they need to do is saying that they think your account looks suspicious (without able to provide a clear reason of why) and block your account and steal all your money. After they block your account, they will demand your private information such as your payslip, your transaction history at other exchanges, etc which is against GDPR, especially when they don't have any evidence of any wrongdoing. It is ridiculous that when you transfer fund to your account, the fund belongs to you but they treat it as their own. I start to think that they do this by intention and just use Anti Monney Laundering law as an excuse to steal people money for free. I have already sent the request to close my account with them and if they still do not return my fund, I will sue them and bring the case to the Norwegian court. This is the first time I find a company that tries to behave like a rule of law without the rights to do so. Even a big bank does not behave like this.

NODo not trust NBX to be honest with you NBX prevented me from being scammed then they locked my account saying the only thing I could do with a request is sell and withdraw my funds. I sent a request to transfer a small amount of BTC to another exchange with a larger crypto portfolio. Suddenly they requiring me to prove my identity again. After numerous requests as to the status suddenly my crypto was sold at a loss and fund transferred to my bank account. Of course took fee every step of the was increasing my loss. They cannot be trusted. I went from being potential scam victim to being a unwanted client. They are very slow to reply to requests, as others wrote customer service does not exist.

NOPending withdrawal I have been using this company few times in the beginning it was very easy but on the 11-02 i made a transaction to myself and it has been pending ever since , after 6 days i received a phone call and it would be sent as soon as possible but until now i am still waiting im am losing money and time because of this. very bad customer service !

NOSomewhat strange experience Somewhat strange experience. You register and buy crypto-everything works. Then next time it is pending, claiming transfers "related to high-risk services" to use their own words. If you buy crypto-send it to your wallet, then the ownership goes to the one who buy. If you buy a car, the seller don't tell you where to drive or not to drive. I think they misunderstand, or just make examples. Overall ok experience until they just terminated my account. Not recommended if you can find other options.
