Then I would make a withdrawal, and be told that one of them will contact me, it is 5 days ago now, no one has called, and I have sent them several emails, without getting any response explaining why they are holding back my money, this I lose money on. will not recommend NBX to anyone else, they have no customer follow-up. With a Discord server and Instagram profile they seem to be decent at updating - you get to learn about the company, news in the crypto-world and just knowledge about crypto itself. The managing director, Stig, is on their Discord aswell and i remember he has been answering questions there aswell. They really seem to care about the community, as is my experience with their activity on their Discord.
