NBX is a dead company with a very slow customer service I made a withdrawal on the 2022-03-19 and uptill now my withdrawal is still pending, I've contacted the customer service several times but no field back. They have a very poor customer service, at this time I think this company is a fraudulent company. They don't even care about thier customer, I won't recommend NBX to any living being NBX is for the death alone. I regret the day I signed up with NBX now I think I'm going to loss my 90,000 kr, please anyone seeing this should help me on how to get back my 90,000 kr from NBX.

Miserable customer service have bought BTC and it took a long time before they had approved the documentation. Then I would make a withdrawal, and be told that one of them will contact me, it is 5 days ago now, no one has called, and I have sent them several emails, without getting any response explaining why they are holding back my money, this I lose money on. will not recommend NBX to anyone else, they have no customer follow-up. Somewhat strange experience Somewhat strange experience. You register and buy crypto-everything works. Then next time it is pending, claiming transfers "related to high-risk services" to use their own words. If you buy crypto-send it to your wallet, then the ownership goes to the one who buy. If you buy a car, the seller don't tell you where to drive or not to drive. I think they misunderstand, or just make examples. Overall ok experience until they just terminated my account. Not recommended if you can find other options.
