Pending withdrawal I have been using this company few times in the beginning it was very easy but on the 11-02 i made a transaction to myself and it has been pending ever since , after 6 days i received a phone call and it would be sent as soon as possible but until now i am still waiting im am losing money and time because of this. very bad customer service !

Miserable customer service have bought BTC and it took a long time before they had approved the documentation. Then I would make a withdrawal, and be told that one of them will contact me, it is 5 days ago now, no one has called, and I have sent them several emails, without getting any response explaining why they are holding back my money, this I lose money on. will not recommend NBX to anyone else, they have no customer follow-up. I'm just pissed

Somewhat strange experience Somewhat strange experience. You register and buy crypto-everything works. Then next time it is pending, claiming transfers "related to high-risk services" to use their own words. If you buy crypto-send it to your wallet, then the ownership goes to the one who buy. If you buy a car, the seller don't tell you where to drive or not to drive. I think they misunderstand, or just make examples. Overall ok experience until they just terminated my account. Not recommended if you can find other options.

SCAM!!! SCAM!!!! DON'T DUE USE NBX!!!!! I tried many times to with withdraw my funds with their "help". Now they put a freeze on my account and said I have to put a $3k deposit in to get my funds because of an abnormality in my i.p address. Does anyone have any idea how to get legal advice on this? Thanks...
