Do not trust NBX to be honest with you NBX prevented me from being scammed then they locked my account saying the only thing I could do with a request is sell and withdraw my funds. I sent a request to transfer a small amount of BTC to another exchange with a larger crypto portfolio. Suddenly they requiring me to prove my identity again. After numerous requests as to the status suddenly my crypto was sold at a loss and fund transferred to my bank account. Of course took fee every step of the was increasing my loss. They cannot be trusted. I went from being potential scam victim to being a unwanted client. They are very slow to reply to requests, as others wrote customer service does not exist.

Now they put a freeze on my account and said I have to put a $3k deposit in to get my funds because of an abnormality in my i.p address. Does anyone have any idea how to get legal advice on this?
