I do not recommend using NBX for crypto… I do not recommend using NBX for crypto exchange. The trade view is very bad. You can not see the price or transactions while you put in a trade. A limit order is charged 0,5%, and a market order 0,7%! In comparison, Binance charges 0,1%. It does not make it very interesting to use nbx for trading! If you want to cancel an order it can take up to one minute, and sometimes it does not even get cancelled. Its not very relaxing if you want to do something quick in an ever-changing cryptomarket. A transaction can take a day! It should take maximum 15 minutes to make a transaction in the crypto space. They are behind the times, their app is slow and not user friendly and their customer service is bad. It is not even possible to see your profits or a graph, you only see the amount you have in NOK and in crypto. I have moved all my crypto to another foreign exchange as it is so much better for trading. Still don't have it though as it is pending, who knows for how long, and in the meantime I cannot do anything with it! Stay away from NBX of you can!

Bringing crypto to Scandinavia Bringing crypto to Scandinavia. Thankful for the work they do and options to communicate. With a Discord server and Instagram profile they seem to be decent at updating - you get to learn about the company, news in the crypto-world and just knowledge about crypto itself. The managing director, Stig, is on their Discord aswell and i remember he has been answering questions there aswell. They really seem to care about the community, as is my experience with their activity on their Discord.

NBX is a dead company with a very slow customer service I made a withdrawal on the 2022-03-19 and uptill now my withdrawal is still pending, I've contacted the customer service several times but no field back. They have a very poor customer service, at this time I think this company is a fraudulent company. They don't even care about thier customer, I won't recommend NBX to any living being NBX is for the death alone. I regret the day I signed up with NBX now I think I'm going to loss my 90,000 kr, please anyone seeing this should help me on how to get back my 90,000 kr from NBX.
