This company is not serious at all. This company is not serious at all. I have started a withdrawl since 24 and it is pending. I have write them email and I am waiting them to call me but they never did.

Pending withdrawal I have been using this company few times in the beginning it was very easy but on the 11-02 i made a transaction to myself and it has been pending ever since , after 6 days i received a phone call and it would be sent as soon as possible but until now i am still waiting im am losing money and time because of this. very bad customer service !

Then I would make a withdrawal, and be told that one of them will contact me, it is 5 days ago now, no one has called, and I have sent them several emails, without getting any response explaining why they are holding back my money, this I lose money on. will not recommend NBX to anyone else, they have no customer follow-up. They really seem to care about the community, as is my experience with their activity on their Discord.
