No customer service! I am very disappointed in the services. I have tried to transfer a small amount of Bitcoin from my NBX wallet to my Ledger, and they have blocked my transaction. I have not received a reason why, and their support is not responding. On top of everything, there is no number to reach them on. This is unacceptable. Peter.

With a Discord server and Instagram profile they seem to be decent at updating - you get to learn about the company, news in the crypto-world and just knowledge about crypto itself. The managing director, Stig, is on their Discord aswell and i remember he has been answering questions there aswell. They really seem to care about the community, as is my experience with their activity on their Discord.
