Resetting 2FA I had an outdated 2FA setup on my Authenticator App and could not log in. I sent the request via their web site, got an inmediate response, I followed the instructions and the next day I was ready to go. Excellent and efficient support. Thanks so much.

Had an old account with old phone… Had an old account with old phone number. Went through their credentialing with my official photo, picture of me, signature. They created a NEW account and did not give me access to my OLD account. Sent in a request through support and its been over a week with no response. Super shady company and regretting ever dealing with them. Also I am suspicious of giving them ALL my new information again. I credentialed already with the original account. Why I do not use foreign exchanges anymore. Too many crooks.
