NL(error_secret_decrypt), problem fixed :) I had a problem with my wallet. My wallet did not update itself and i could not get to my funds or transfer my funds. I have send a email to GateHub and the response was fast and they helped me to fix the problem. Super happy i can got my funds back.

ESResetting 2FA I had an outdated 2FA setup on my Authenticator App and could not log in. I sent the request via their web site, got an inmediate response, I followed the instructions and the next day I was ready to go. Excellent and efficient support. Thanks so much.

THAccount left on back burner I had forgotten or misplaced access information; nature of the beast as a contractor living out of a suitcase; changing phones laptops and external drives regularly. I managed to find the correct seed and my password then was able to enter KYC and alter 2FA with new devices hassle free. GateHub support was excellent in aiding my accounts recovery!
