INRecieved reply same day but I am not satisfied. Recieved your reply almost same day but not satisfied with the process. It is bit lengthy and difficult for me. You should make it simpler. My account should have been opened as individual as default. I am not even able to see my wallet.

USHad an old account with old phone… Had an old account with old phone number. Went through their credentialing with my official photo, picture of me, signature. They created a NEW account and did not give me access to my OLD account. Sent in a request through support and its been over a week with no response. Super shady company and regretting ever dealing with them. Also I am suspicious of giving them ALL my new information again. I credentialed already with the original account. Why I do not use foreign exchanges anymore. Too many crooks.

GBTHEIFS! DO NOT USE! DO NOT USE! No transparency about charges and fees incurred for transferring XRP. With every transaction you receive a failed transaction message immediately after. Then incur fees of $80 each time without any mention or prior warning that they have done so. Absolutely no customer support either. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

CADon't trust this company. Don't trust this company. Not safe for your XRP, other cryptos or personal information. They were hacked June 2019 (google it!) and are in silent mode since then. Hundreds of victims among their customers but no refund or communication about this. Stay away from them if you want your money secured.
