INRecieved reply same day but I am not satisfied. Recieved your reply almost same day but not satisfied with the process. It is bit lengthy and difficult for me. You should make it simpler. My account should have been opened as individual as default. I am not even able to see my wallet.

GBMy question was answered very quickly, thank you. My question was answered very quickly, as always, thank you. However, I preferred the system you had in place before - where all transactions going back to the opening of wallets was readily available. Now only the most recent are shown.

GBHad an old account with old phone… Had an old account with old phone number. Went through their credentialing with my official photo, picture of me, signature. They created a NEW account and did not give me access to my OLD account. Sent in a request through support and its been over a week with no response. Super shady company and regretting ever dealing with them. Also I am suspicious of giving them ALL my new information again. I credentialed already with the original account. Why I do not use foreign exchanges anymore. Too many crooks.

MDIf I new what scammers these are I… If I new what scammers these are I would've never deposited my money with them. Be aware they will make everything complicated and expensive. Can't take out my money, can't transfer properly and so on. Avoid this company as the plague.

ESResetting 2FA I had an outdated 2FA setup on my Authenticator App and could not log in. I sent the request via their web site, got an inmediate response, I followed the instructions and the next day I was ready to go. Excellent and efficient support. Thanks so much.
