Horrible Experience Horrible Experience! I made a deposit with my debit card to buy Crypto and made a transfer and they never did the transfer they put a restriction in my account and now they don't let me to transfer the money to my Bank - I sent an email to them but they don't answer/ they don't have a customer service line. The money is for my rent and answer.. now I don't know if they are going to give back my money to make my payment on time. I mean it's my money. it looks like they want to stay with the money NO reason for them not to let my money send back to the bank.

Can't withdraw for no reason!!! No support whatsoever!!! My first withdrawal request is pending for more than a day now and no update from the ticket support. There is no other way to reach you since you have no live chat or number. It is very frustrating. I have used many crypto exchanges before but none blocked my withdrawals like this. My account is fully verified and I deposited funds from my banks without any issue. The ticket Id is 3543211 More update: it has been 2 days now and no one seems to care. The amount is not small so it's causing me serious loss now. This company doesn't have customer support whatsoever!!! Update: I still got stuck without any progress despite having a reply that said someone was looking at it. It has been 4 days! Final update: the issue has been sorted, I've finally received my cryptos. Hence updated the rating.

This site is toxic This site is toxic. I had 5200.00 stolen from my account it was obliterated. In one sweep. This companies security sucks. They just allow Tom Dick and Harry come in and steal your money right in front of your eye's. They sent a technician who went through my computer AFTER I found fraud and another 5400.00 was stolen through my debit card which they told me to give him access in order to find out where the fraud came from. It was from their own employee. Bad Bad don't waste your money.. Mines gone and I can't get it back... EVIL SITE. Keep Away! They are the ones who tresspass .
