Won't refund money when other company refunds First they offer 2% return cash, then soon after change to 1%. On top of that by mistake I funded my uphold account with too much money and it cost almost 3% to return it ! And the worst part, any time company would refund, uphold would never refund, unless you have to contact them and shows proof etc, please never use this, the worst bank I ever had. Happened 10 times in a row, wonder how many times I had missed....

Can't withdraw for no reason!!! No support whatsoever!!! My first withdrawal request is pending for more than a day now and no update from the ticket support. There is no other way to reach you since you have no live chat or number. It is very frustrating. I have used many crypto exchanges before but none blocked my withdrawals like this. My account is fully verified and I deposited funds from my banks without any issue. The ticket Id is 3543211 More update: it has been 2 days now and no one seems to care. The amount is not small so it's causing me serious loss now. This company doesn't have customer support whatsoever!!! Update: I still got stuck without any progress despite having a reply that said someone was looking at it. It has been 4 days! Final update: the issue has been sorted, I've finally received my cryptos. Hence updated the rating.
