I wasn’t able to access my Uphold… I wasn’t able to access my Uphold account for a couple of years because I didn’t know how to get into my Authenticator app. I asked a few people to help and they couldn’t figure it out either. Finally I had someone email on my account that I was having. Uphold walked me through it step-by-step until I was able to get access back to my account.
