Scam!!! Uphold restricted my account and then took all of my money. They refuse to speak with me and tell me they can only handle customer service via email. This platform is an absolute scam.

I had a problem transferring my item I had a problem transferring my item. immediately I contact support. within hours I got a response and was told what I did wrong and how this would be fixed. They told me when It would be done and it was. I was so shocked with the communication was perfect.

This site is toxic This site is toxic. I had 5200.00 stolen from my account it was obliterated. In one sweep. This companies security sucks. They just allow Tom Dick and Harry come in and steal your money right in front of your eye's. They sent a technician who went through my computer AFTER I found fraud and another 5400.00 was stolen through my debit card which they told me to give him access in order to find out where the fraud came from. It was from their own employee. Bad Bad don't waste your money.. Mines gone and I can't get it back... EVIL SITE. Keep Away! They are the ones who tresspass .

Horrible Experience Horrible Experience! I made a deposit with my debit card to buy Crypto and made a transfer and they never did the transfer they put a restriction in my account and now they don't let me to transfer the money to my Bank - I sent an email to them but they don't answer/ they don't have a customer service line. The money is for my rent and answer.. now I don't know if they are going to give back my money to make my payment on time. I mean it's my money. it looks like they want to stay with the money NO reason for them not to let my money send back to the bank.
