GBHorrible Experience Horrible Experience! I made a deposit with my debit card to buy Crypto and made a transfer and they never did the transfer they put a restriction in my account and now they don't let me to transfer the money to my Bank - I sent an email to them but they don't answer/ they don't have a customer service line. The money is for my rent and answer.. now I don't know if they are going to give back my money to make my payment on time. I mean it's my money. it looks like they want to stay with the money NO reason for them not to let my money send back to the bank.

CAused it for brave browser BAT rewards… used it for brave browser BAT rewards but they forced me to empty my wallet in 30 days and closed my account because I was apparently "high risk" based off income to knowledge base or something, definitely a waste of time app, hope brave browser ditches them.

GBScam!!! Uphold restricted my account and then took all of my money. They refuse to speak with me and tell me they can only handle customer service via email. This platform is an absolute scam.

GBCan't withdraw for no reason!!! No support whatsoever!!! My first withdrawal request is pending for more than a day now and no update from the ticket support. There is no other way to reach you since you have no live chat or number. It is very frustrating. I have used many crypto exchanges before but none blocked my withdrawals like this. My account is fully verified and I deposited funds from my banks without any issue. The ticket Id is 3543211 More update: it has been 2 days now and no one seems to care. The amount is not small so it's causing me serious loss now. This company doesn't have customer support whatsoever!!! Update: I still got stuck without any progress despite having a reply that said someone was looking at it. It has been 4 days! Final update: the issue has been sorted, I've finally received my cryptos. Hence updated the rating.
