Horrible Experience Horrible Experience! I made a deposit with my debit card to buy Crypto and made a transfer and they never did the transfer they put a restriction in my account and now they don't let me to transfer the money to my Bank - I sent an email to them but they don't answer/ they don't have a customer service line. The money is for my rent and answer.. now I don't know if they are going to give back my money to make my payment on time. I mean it's my money. it looks like they want to stay with the money NO reason for them not to let my money send back to the bank.

Great support team Great support team. My issue was escalated high up the chain until a resolution was made. The team was super responsive and catered to my unique request.

I wasn’t able to access my Uphold… I wasn’t able to access my Uphold account for a couple of years because I didn’t know how to get into my Authenticator app. I asked a few people to help and they couldn’t figure it out either. Finally I had someone email on my account that I was having. Uphold walked me through it step-by-step until I was able to get access back to my account. They kept checking up on me to make sure, I was understanding the process. Thank you Uphold!
