DO NOT USE OKCOIN Okcoin has had my account on “risk control” for over 3 weeks because the site wasn’t working and I accidentally clicked “add payment” too many times. I’ve emailed them dozens of times and no one will answer. I cannot trade and my money is stuck in the account…. If they aren’t a fraud company then they are a very very bad company and are stealing peoples money. I HIGHLY recommend against using this company.

If your a beginner in crypto it's a little like kucoin exchange when you have to transfer from funding account to trading account but after that it's smooth sailing. I'd like add something for okcoin to consider is have more coins to stake and if they can give the users to see what they made in staking on a daily basis like other exchanges do like bitrue exchange. Cons: * Low liquidity for some coins * Lack of notifications for trades * Immediate credit but 10 days wait for ACH before withdraw allowed

Hoping To Be A Long Term Customer I've been a customer of OKcoin for approximately 12 months and my opinion is the exchange is thinking of long term growth. The number of tokens have increased along with improvements with their Smartphone App. Staking is available for those that desire a better return than the traditional financial institutions. In addition Lightning Network is available for sending BTC, which not many exchanges make available to their customers. The one improvement to the App would be to make it possible to switch it to a Dark Mode if desired. Everything else is exceptional with it's design. I believe I'm going to be one of those long term customers. OKcoin, may you continue with your long term goals of expanding the possibility for all to obtain and trade crypto currency.
