I’m not here to bash OkCoin… I just… I’m not here to bash OkCoin… I just need some assistance with my 2FA issue. My only gripe with you guys is the turnaround time when comes to customer support. This is my second request to remove 2fa from account because I lost access to Authy. I requested this months ago and still can’t get access. Please advise. Ticket# 20346088

Hoping To Be A Long Term Customer I've been a customer of OKcoin for approximately 12 months and my opinion is the exchange is thinking of long term growth. The number of tokens have increased along with improvements with their Smartphone App. Staking is available for those that desire a better return than the traditional financial institutions. In addition Lightning Network is available for sending BTC, which not many exchanges make available to their customers. The one improvement to the App would be to make it possible to switch it to a Dark Mode if desired. Everything else is exceptional with it's design. I believe I'm going to be one of those long term customers. OKcoin, may you continue with your long term goals of expanding the possibility for all to obtain and trade crypto currency.

All good so far All good so far. A bit confusing and cumbersome having to change between funding and trading accounts. Also would be nice to have transactions records (buy/sell/limit/market orders/earn etc.) shown in one place. Other than that I like the exchange.

DO NOT USE OKCOIN Okcoin has had my account on “risk control” for over 3 weeks because the site wasn’t working and I accidentally clicked “add payment” too many times. I’ve emailed them dozens of times and no one will answer. I cannot trade and my money is stuck in the account…. If they aren’t a fraud company then they are a very very bad company and are stealing peoples money. I HIGHLY recommend against using this company.

I have used this company for a couple… I have used this company for a couple of years. They have now stolen 15K worth of assets and continue to give me the runaround. This company has to been the brink of collapse. If you can get your money out I suggest doing it immediately.
