GBI do wanna say you've made it easier to… I do wanna say you've made it easier to navigate your site with the beta, it still takes time and effort in learning the in and outs of the site and I love the limit order so I can set my price and the fees are great! Although with all the carnage in cefi I do worry about solvency just be safe and try not to get destroyed like other crypto sites!! I would put out a instructional vid on navigating your site or links that match up with what I might be trying to achieve. But overall getting better

AETried to withdraw based on their… Tried to withdraw based on their deadline, they have "wallet maintenance" going on; even though network is fine. Now I'm charged maintenance fees even though they can't facilitate my request within their deadline. Should have seen the red flags when they were promoting MIA.

GBOKcoin are crooks. OKcoin says they are secure with your money. No, they are NOT. They stole $1387.34 from me. I tried to withdraw money from my acccount and they would not let me. They let someone else or themselves take my money!! I would never suggest using OKcoin to invest. Never!!!!

BRAll good so far All good so far. A bit confusing and cumbersome having to change between funding and trading accounts. Also would be nice to have transactions records (buy/sell/limit/market orders/earn etc.) shown in one place. Other than that I like the exchange.

GBHoping To Be A Long Term Customer I've been a customer of OKcoin for approximately 12 months and my opinion is the exchange is thinking of long term growth. The number of tokens have increased along with improvements with their Smartphone App. Staking is available for those that desire a better return than the traditional financial institutions. In addition Lightning Network is available for sending BTC, which not many exchanges make available to their customers. The one improvement to the App would be to make it possible to switch it to a Dark Mode if desired. Everything else is exceptional with it's design. I believe I'm going to be one of those long term customers. OKcoin, may you continue with your long term goals of expanding the possibility for all to obtain and trade crypto currency.
