Hoping To Be A Long Term Customer I've been a customer of OKcoin for approximately 12 months and my opinion is the exchange is thinking of long term growth. The number of tokens have increased along with improvements with their Smartphone App. Staking is available for those that desire a better return than the traditional financial institutions. In addition Lightning Network is available for sending BTC, which not many exchanges make available to their customers. The one improvement to the App would be to make it possible to switch it to a Dark Mode if desired. Everything else is exceptional with it's design. I believe I'm going to be one of those long term customers. OKcoin, may you continue with your long term goals of expanding the possibility for all to obtain and trade crypto currency.

support service is terrible Hi. If you want to constantly have problems with withdrawing money and coins, top up your account on the same exchange. Every time you encounter a problem, the support service will advise you to try later, for a month, and simply close the chat. The last customer service operator used caps lock when writing my name.
