BUT THE LTC IS NOT IN MY WALLET. it has been over 4 days with no support. Have had a support ticket for 4 days without any answer. And it is impossible to have a live chat conversation with someone and they do not do over the phone customer service. I am done using their exchange. My support ticket is #13937. Honestly the most intuitive Bitcoin… Honestly the most intuitive Bitcoin system I’ve yet encountered. I was a little put off by the low buying limit ($999 per day here in Maine), but surprisingly easy at the Coinstar machine, and all that was needed after that was to put the app on my phone, and that proved to work easily and quickly. I suspect the buying limit is higher using a debit or credit card - I was using cash - as many services will let you do as much as $20,000 in a day.
