I have been using the Blockcard for…6 months. I have been using the Blockcard for most of the 2021. It took me several times to get it all down and every time I thought something was wrong, customer service was there to save my day! If you ever have problems, DON'T WORRY, just send in a support ticket, they'll be on it, FAST! Now I am looking into staking to get the rewards on transactions, really sounds good! What better way to be rewarded than a straight percentage on all debit card transactions! All together, I feel I have really given this service a nice test run and WOW, getting my favorite crypto turned into my local fiat currency(Mxn Pesos) through Blockcard, it's a game changer! Oh, and the fees are not even noticed.

Terrible experience Terrible experience. Deposited money, paid a lot of fees (I have left $2.64 from $200 after fees), didn't get any card, and then found out that not all countries are supported, because it does not say that when you select the country. Now I cannot even withdraw back my funds and support has responded with a generic message that doesn't solve anything. This only makes me think all the positive non USA reviews are fake and/or paid and the company is knowingly miscommunicating. Also, there is an UNBNK token on Ethereum which has same logo, different price, mkap, and its only use case is probably to mislead people. I would never recommend this service to anyone since its a waste of time, money and patience. And no fee refund or "courtesy" would change anything at this point after this experience

Unbanked is highly recommended! Unbanked makes it easy to deposit your crypto and spend it. Using their bank account allows you to have a crypto friendly bank account for purchasing crypto as well. Customer service has always been quick and helpful. I highly recommend this company.

Still waiting on new card. Customer service great though! Would be 1 stars, but honestly customer service gets back to you quick and they've been helpful with most of my issues. It's been a while since I've ordered my block Card/Unbanked card, and although I understand that things happen and there are glitches in a new system like this, I'm hoping that someone will read this review and hopefully explain when I'll be able to obtain my card. I'd like to support Unbanked in the US, but as of now all I can do is buy TERN and I can't do that anymore.

I’m using the litecoin card service… I’m using the litecoin card service they offer and wow support is out of this world. Within a matter of hours I recieved an answer with a solution and with very friendly support. I was actually quite impressed. Compared to Binance and coinbase support this is an A++. In a realm where the community is the drive, they sure have there focus on the correct aspects. Trust and feel comfortable with them from a few days of use more than years of other centralized services Iv used. Will recommend.
