I got banned by them for not passing their screening (no idea why and they couldn't provide a further explanation) and I asked if I can withdraw my token without paying for the burn and gas fee and the answer was no. And they failed to read my email properly on multiple occasions and just send me canned template replies, poor service throughout and I will sell my share whenever I have an opportunity.
