Transferred some Tern (Unbanked) from… Transferred some Tern (Unbanked) from the 'Stellarx' platform which took about 40 mins to clear, also transferred some Tern into my mother's 'Unbanked' account which for some reason took 2 days. Got in touch with support and they sorted out the problem relatively quickly

Unbanked or BlockCard or Choise.com, disappointment I've opened an Unbanked account and transferred about 50 USD to it. After that, I got almost 6000 TERN coins. After that, I tried for almost one month to do anything with the TERN assets and I cannot do anything with it. Cannot exchange it for other cryptocurrencies, cannot transfer it to a StellarX account, cannot exchange it to FIAT currency, and basically, my money is locked up and lost on Unbanked maze. Very bad experience, and very poor customer support. Avoid it!

Pleasant experience becoming a new clientele to the platform I would rate for a 5 but I believe there's always room for improvement. My overall experiences dealing with the procurement and CS team was amazing. The response I received was prompt, assistance extended to me was personal, the team is flexible and pleasant to deal with. There's limitation on the templated registration form however the team helped through the process and altered the information with my consent after my KYC was done. Keep up the good work!

Terrible experience Terrible experience. Deposited money, paid a lot of fees (I have left $2.64 from $200 after fees), didn't get any card, and then found out that not all countries are supported, because it does not say that when you select the country. Now I cannot even withdraw back my funds and support has responded with a generic message that doesn't solve anything. This only makes me think all the positive non USA reviews are fake and/or paid and the company is knowingly miscommunicating. Also, there is an UNBNK token on Ethereum which has same logo, different price, mkap, and its only use case is probably to mislead people. I would never recommend this service to anyone since its a waste of time, money and patience. And no fee refund or "courtesy" would change anything at this point after this experience

Disappointed customer and early investor Latest update: 17th Jan Received an reply saying I should reach out to their customer support team and they can confirm I am still suspended, what a waste of time and misleading information. --------- I was one of the earliest crowdfunding investors and staked the full 145000 UNBNK tokens for the highest tier cashback even though I could not get my hand on the card as I am in the UK and it was only available in the US. I got banned by them for not passing their screening (no idea why and they couldn't provide a further explanation) and I asked if I can withdraw my token without paying for the burn and gas fee and the answer was no. And they failed to read my email properly on multiple occasions and just send me canned template replies, poor service throughout and I will sell my share whenever I have an opportunity.
