Got in touch with support and they sorted out the problem relatively quickly

Support response time...very slow. The app seems excellent and will perfectly suit my needs, but the support team takes very long to respond. I submitted questions a week ago and still no reply. I signed up for the card recently but would like to know if my 10 dollar deposit will be refunded if I don't pass the KYC? Garbage service Garbage service. Complete rip off. Unbanked is a joke. Don’t bother with this Ponzi. They will charge you a fee for being charged a fee. Deposited Bitcoin. It converted to there questionable token and somehow lost 50 dollars.

Unbanked is highly recommended! Unbanked makes it easy to deposit your crypto and spend it. Using their bank account allows you to have a crypto friendly bank account for purchasing crypto as well. Customer service has always been quick and helpful. I highly recommend this company.

Unbanked or BlockCard or Choise.com, disappointment I've opened an Unbanked account and transferred about 50 USD to it. After that, I got almost 6000 TERN coins. After that, I tried for almost one month to do anything with the TERN assets and I cannot do anything with it. Cannot exchange it for other cryptocurrencies, cannot transfer it to a StellarX account, cannot exchange it to FIAT currency, and basically, my money is locked up and lost on Unbanked maze. Very bad experience, and very poor customer support. Avoid it!
