RSUnbanked or BlockCard or Choise.com, disappointment I've opened an Unbanked account and transferred about 50 USD to it. After that, I got almost 6000 TERN coins. After that, I tried for almost one month to do anything with the TERN assets and I cannot do anything with it. Cannot exchange it for other cryptocurrencies, cannot transfer it to a StellarX account, cannot exchange it to FIAT currency, and basically, my money is locked up and lost on Unbanked maze. Very bad experience, and very poor customer support. Avoid it!

MDTerrible experience Terrible experience. Deposited money, paid a lot of fees (I have left $2.64 from $200 after fees), didn't get any card, and then found out that not all countries are supported, because it does not say that when you select the country. Now I cannot even withdraw back my funds and support has responded with a generic message that doesn't solve anything. This only makes me think all the positive non USA reviews are fake and/or paid and the company is knowingly miscommunicating. Also, there is an UNBNK token on Ethereum which has same logo, different price, mkap, and its only use case is probably to mislead people. I would never recommend this service to anyone since its a waste of time, money and patience. And no fee refund or "courtesy" would change anything at this point after this experience

GBTransferred some Tern (Unbanked) from… Transferred some Tern (Unbanked) from the 'Stellarx' platform which took about 40 mins to clear, also transferred some Tern into my mother's 'Unbanked' account which for some reason took 2 days. Got in touch with support and they sorted out the problem relatively quickly

MXI have been using the Blockcard for…6 months. I have been using the Blockcard for most of the 2021. It took me several times to get it all down and every time I thought something was wrong, customer service was there to save my day! If you ever have problems, DON'T WORRY, just send in a support ticket, they'll be on it, FAST! Now I am looking into staking to get the rewards on transactions, really sounds good! What better way to be rewarded than a straight percentage on all debit card transactions! All together, I feel I have really given this service a nice test run and WOW, getting my favorite crypto turned into my local fiat currency(Mxn Pesos) through Blockcard, it's a game changer! Oh, and the fees are not even noticed.
