Terrible experience Terrible experience. Deposited money, paid a lot of fees (I have left $2.64 from $200 after fees), didn't get any card, and then found out that not all countries are supported, because it does not say that when you select the country. Now I cannot even withdraw back my funds and support has responded with a generic message that doesn't solve anything. This only makes me think all the positive non USA reviews are fake and/or paid and the company is knowingly miscommunicating. Also, there is an UNBNK token on Ethereum which has same logo, different price, mkap, and its only use case is probably to mislead people. I would never recommend this service to anyone since its a waste of time, money and patience. And no fee refund or "courtesy" would change anything at this point after this experience

Pleasant experience becoming a new clientele to the platform I would rate for a 5 but I believe there's always room for improvement. My overall experiences dealing with the procurement and CS team was amazing. The response I received was prompt, assistance extended to me was personal, the team is flexible and pleasant to deal with. There's limitation on the templated registration form however the team helped through the process and altered the information with my consent after my KYC was done. Keep up the good work!

Fraud Rebranded from BlockCard, another scam company. They hide the fact that the product is only available in the US until after you've paid their activation fee and they've turned whatever crypto or fiat currency you use in to their worthless TERN crypto. They even let you pay a $10 fee for a card that you can't use if you're not in the US and then say it's like a savings account for people who it's not available for. I can't withdraw my funds back in to BTC, only TERN, and they keep the $10 fee even though they can't issue the card. Stay well, well away from this fraud company.

I have been using the Blockcard for…6 months. I have been using the Blockcard for most of the 2021. It took me several times to get it all down and every time I thought something was wrong, customer service was there to save my day! If you ever have problems, DON'T WORRY, just send in a support ticket, they'll be on it, FAST! Now I am looking into staking to get the rewards on transactions, really sounds good! What better way to be rewarded than a straight percentage on all debit card transactions! All together, I feel I have really given this service a nice test run and WOW, getting my favorite crypto turned into my local fiat currency(Mxn Pesos) through Blockcard, it's a game changer! Oh, and the fees are not even noticed.

Support response time...very slow. The app seems excellent and will perfectly suit my needs, but the support team takes very long to respond. I submitted questions a week ago and still no reply. I signed up for the card recently but would like to know if my 10 dollar deposit will be refunded if I don't pass the KYC? Furthermore ... what is the anticipated release date for the card in Latin America?
